Developing Concept of an Agency

  • How do we identify or classify bloggers in respect to their skill/popularity level.
  • How do we formulate budget vs. marketing effect for the sponsors.
  • Establish attractive compensation package that includes base rate; exposure rate; response rate.
  • Step by step procedure to execute each project – on sponsor side
  • Step by step procedure to execute each project – blogger/vlogger side.

Develop documents, agreements, and forms.

  • Blogger initial contact form
  • Membership application and agreement
  • Genetic guidelines for bloggers
  • Media kit for sponsors
  • Sponsor agreements
  • Media monitoring report for sponsor
  • Powerpoint Presentation
  • Product short video introduction
    • For sponsors
    • For bloggers/vloggers

Data collection and management

  • Identify power bloggers – contact info, URL/channel, # of subscribers/followers, specialty areas
  • Compile database
  • Develop application to manage and utilize data by associates easily without damaging data.

Invitation and Promotion

  • Send invitation to join the agency – via email, and physical mail
  • Advertise in SNS media
  • Schedule membership seminar in major cities – I will see if I can find an initial sponsor who wants to utilize this seminar to launch their promo to ease on our expense.
